Shipping policy
Custom comissions are fulfilled from our workshop in New Westminster, Canada. Non-custom orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in China. (We do not drop ship, all products are designed in house and select products fabricated in our own factory.) We are in the process of securing a warehouse to ship non-custom orders locally in B.C Canada in the future.
- Tracking status may remain unchanged until cleared by local customs (upwards of 2 weeks) and processed by local post.
- Please contact us if your order is beyond our estimated time as shown at checkout.
- Please refrain from emailing us if your order is still within the shipping time frame as shown at checkout.
- Post covid-19 pandemic in rare cases your order may take 2 months or more to arrive.
Orders may be shipped in separate shipments in which case you will receive emails regarding edited tracking numbers, these will be the tracking numbers for the other shipment(s).
Delivery
WestM is not responsible for items that have been marked as "delivered" by a carrier and then claimed as "undelivered", "stolen", "not found" by the customer; these must be taken up with the courier service used. Duties related charges are to be paid by the customer. Packages that are not picked up and returned to sender will not be eligible for a full refund and will be treated as a regular return.
