Refund policy
Refunds, Returns and or Exchanges
We ask that the customer be absolutely certain of their purchase as there is 4% CAD non-refundable transaction fees from our payment provider.
Returns and or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Items not eligible for return/exchange:
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return unless defective/severely cosmetically damaged.
- Made to order products such as our Atelier line acrylic cases
Follow the following steps to initiate a request for a return or exchange:
1. E-mail hello@westmproducts.com with the following:
a. Proof of purchase
b. Request type and explanation for the request
c. Supporting images for the request
2. Once approved, you may be asked to ship the product(s) along with the original packaging to us. For refunds due to manufacturing problems you will be provided with a return shipping label.
Please note: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and in such cases we may or may not be able to issue a refund/exchange.
3. Once the product has been returned and approved the refund/exchange process will begin, refunds may take seven or more business days for the refund to appear on your card issuer.
WestM reserves the right to reject any requests for returns and or exchanges. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the owner's expense.
4. There will be a re-stocking fee of $10 CAD on returns/exchanges for items that were shipped out.
